Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

Seems like you just can't trust anybody these days.
From the NY Post:
A Manhattan psychologist who works with children was arrested yesterday after he was found with child porn, police said.

Dr. James Bonczek, 58, was arrested at his Stuyvesant Town apartment for possessing the lewd pictures, which depicted boys believed to be under 10 year old performing sex acts.

Cops were tipped off after maintenance workers who had been in Bonczek's apartment came upon the stash, said a source familiar with the investigation.

Bonczek operates a private practice where he helps children with emotional and behavioral problems at an office near his home.
Wonder if NY psychologist jokes acquire the same cachet as Catholic priests among the smart set?

UPDATE:
This second story is included for it's similarity.
Also from the New York Post:
A retired NYPD detective facing a federal child-porn rap has been declared a fugitive after skipping a scheduled court date, authorities said yesterday.

Michael Neibling, 65, was indicted last month for possession and distribution of child porn over the Internet and was due to appear Wednesday in Albany court, according to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

When he failed to show up, a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.

Neibling resigned from the NYPD in 1983 after more than 19 years on the job.
