2008 Elections: Logo for the Apathetic

Hard as it is to imagine for pundits, political junkies and news media, there are apolitical folks out there.

Good Americans, busy with their lives, who worry more about who's going to control the TV remote than who's going to control Congress.

More concerned about who's going to pick up Amber from dance lessons than who's going to pick up the cost for the latest government program.

We've found just the Election 2008 logo for them.

There's a bumper sticker waiting to be made.

If someone hasn't already.

Hollywood Offers "Aid and Comfort"

It's been pointed out that the Hollywood that was patriotically American during WWII has other cinematic fish to fry during the Iraqi War.

The latest offering to the "America is Always Wrong" crowd is Brian DePalma's atomic-sized bomb "Redacted". It's a movie sure to warm the hearts of Code Pinks and anti-war zealots, but it's left the rest of the public cold.

For a more in-depth look at a movie about U.S. soldiers raping a 14-year-old and the non-interest it's raised among movie ticket-buying Americans, go on over to Red Planet Cartoons.
