16 Pictures of Saint Al, the EnviroChrist
Every religion needs its saints and Environmentalism is no different.
And Al Gore has been lobbying for the position of EnviroChrist for years now.
Environmentalism is truly a matter of belief and dogma. Unbelievers or heretics are branded as "deniers". One of the holy scriptures is in modern movie form, "An Inconvenient Truth".
The same people who ridicule Tom Cruise as a tool of Scientology will gladly point to the record low temperatures, record snowfalls and decidely un-Global Warming temperatures around the world as--proof that the earth is getting warmer.
Truly, to be an advocate of the Church of Man-Made Climate Change, one must have a faith as rock solid as any Christian.
We were looking for a few pictures by RidesAPaleHorse on his EnviroChrist theme and came across some others of Al Gore, Saint of the First Church of the Man-Made Climate Change.
Click on the images to enlarge them. If you are skeptical of the Global Warming crusade, you may chuckle at these pictures.
If you are a believer, then you may want to blow one of these up and set up a small shrine to the Goracle in your bedroom or den.
We've also included a few on the theme of Al Gore, Environmentalism saint and savior.
We hope you enjoy them as much as we did when we were sorting them out for this post.
Al Gore and a few of his closest friends.
That concludes our pictorial salute to a modern-day saint, Al Gore.
Scientology may be the first religion founded by a science fiction writer, but Environmentalism is the first religion founded by an ex-vice president.
