The Mitch and Nan Show blog has another scoop on Sinclair. A warning for those easily offended, the M&N Show is at times "R" rated.
M&N is reporting that Obama Accuser, Larry Sinclair, who, yesterday, was on the receiving end of some pretty heavy "Instant Karma", now sits in a Delaware pokey.
There was no deaus en machina yesterday for Sinclair, who was arrested and led away in handcuffs after being arrested by the D.C. cops on a Delaware warrant. Surprisingly some believed if Sinclair were to land in the "arms" of the authorities it would be on an outstanding felony fraud warrant from Colorado. Instead, it seems Sinclair managed to once again get into trouble with the law back in September of 2007. The Mitch and Nan Show has all the dirty details.
DBKP has been following the Larry Sinclair saga, the man who has staunchly accused Senator Obama of meeting him for illegal drug and sex trysts in Chicago and Gurnee, Illinois back in November of 1999 and now the murder of gay choirmaster Donald Young in Chicago.
Sinclair had announced on his website that he was going to Washington, D.C., last week to confront the D.N.C.'s Rules Committee and that his attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley, who has offices in Florida and D.C., would be handling a Sinclair press conference scheduled for last Friday.
We find this surprising as on May 9 the District of Columbia Court of Appeals had ruled to suspend Sibley's D.C. license. Either Sibley is still practicing law despite being suspended or Sinclair has failed to mention that his attorney latest status.
Sinclair's website mentions in a post dated Friday May 30 that Sinclair will be available for the "media" along with "my attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley in Washington, D.C.". Sinclair writes that a "press conference" will be held that afternoon with the location "being sent to media by Mr. Sibley".
A cursory check of Sinclair's website shows no other mention of the purported press conference other than Sinclair stating that he's being "threatened once again with arrest by the Obama supporters".
Despite Sinclair's claim of imminent arrest, Sinclair later posts photos of his shaking hands with black Congressman John Conyers whom he later misnames as meeting with black Congressman Charles Rangel of New York. There's a photo of Lanny Davis along with an "undercover" video of his attempts to get the attention of the D.N.C. to "answer" his questions. Sinclair believes that the D.N.C. "owes" him an explanation as to why his accusations leveled against Senator Obama last fall, of cocaine, gay sex, and a rented limo in Chicago back in 1999 are not being addressed.
Sinclair has been busy raising money (donations) to fund his legal endeavors. He's suing three anonymous posters for calling him names over at the Democratic Underground for $3 million. Sinclair claims his reputation has been harmed and that evidently the amount of $3 million should help to alleviate the pain and suffering he's had to endure from 3 posters commenting on a forum. This is where attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley comes in.
Sinclair filed his first lawsuit in Minnesota at the Federal Court. Written by Sinclair, who claims he has a degree in law but hasn't had the chance to pass the bar, the suit alleged that Obama, David Axelrod, and the D.N.C. conspired to silence Sinclair and his First Amendment right to free speech. The suit was immediately struck down with the judge ruling that Sinclair had failed to provide one shred of evidence supporting his claims nor did Sinclair cite any case relevant to his claims.
A second suit was filed in D.C. against the three anonymous posters with Sibley representing Sinclair. The suit is still ongoing but Sibley's status has been in question since it was reported that he had been suspended in Florida and in a reciprocal state, D.C., where Sibley represented Sinclair and his suit.
DBKP reported that Sibley had been suspended by the Florida bar and that his D.C. license would suffer the same consequence as his license to practice in D.C. was based on reciprocity. Sinclair immediately denied that Sibley had been suspended in D.C.. He also continued to refer his website base to Sibley as his legal representative. This link to the Florida Bar's ruling on March 7, shows that Sibley has been suspended from practicing law in Florida for a period of three years.
Sinclair immediately responded to his followers on his website claiming that Sibley was still eligible to practice law in D.C., that it had no bearing on his case. In fact, the commenters on Sinclair's website are to this day, referring legal questions to Sibley, posting info on how to contact Sibley's office in D.C..
Sinclair posted as recently as last Friday that Sibley would be in D.C. with Sinclair at a press conference, that Sibley was handling the details. And yet the District of Columbia Court of Appeals did suspend Sibley from practice on May 12. Sinclair has yet to publish this fact on his website nor has he explained about the purported press conference, what happened to it, or the "announcement" he planned to make.
Sinclair's Surprise Announcement (We're Still Waiting)
Sinclair wrote on his website that he had a "surprise" announcement that he was going to make on 5-28-08. That date has come and gone and yet still no surprise announcement. The only surprise being Sinclair's supporters who still send in "donations" and "believe" in Sinclair's assertions, that he's being "persecuted" by Obama followers. Sinclair has dangled what people believe is a key piece of "evidence" in his accusations, the "name" of the driver of the limo Sinclair claims he rented. Evidently those who "believe" in Sinclair's story weren't around when Sinclair "named" the limo driver in his earlier internet days while posting on Youtube.
Sinclair's Core Constituency
Sinclair's base consists of posters who have taken Sinclair's claims at face value even though Sinclair has systematically failed to back them up with proof. They've ignored the fact that their "man", Sinclair, still has an outstanding warrant for arrest in the state of Colorado, and instead take Sinclair's explanation at face value. That he's been back to the state, end of case.
Yet his own Motion to Dismiss contains key info pertaining to Sinclair's life during the period of Sinclair's claims that he met up with Senator Obama. Sinclair has admitted he was picked up for arrest on November 8, the day he purportedly traveled back from Minnesota, but that his arrest was because he'd left a message on his Parole Officer's answering machine. This is a different criminal matter not relating to the Colorado warrant. Sinclair admits on his website that his was on parole from prison when the arrest occurred on Nov. 8, 1999. Sinclair's motion to dismiss the Colorado warrant, a different matter than the parole violation, gives a rambling defense as to why the state should drop the matter and what really happened: according to Sinclair.
Numbers don't lie, at least the total number of visits or clicks on a video on Youtube. We took a look at the videos posted by Obama accuser Larry Sinclair and number of visits for each video and found "the awful truth": after months of posting various videos on Youtube of his sordid allegations--that he and Senator Obama shared illegal drugs and illicit sex back in 1999-- Sinclair has failed to capitalize on his initial windfall and has not held the public's interest.
Sinclair posted his first video on Youtube back on January 18. In the video Sinclair detailed his allegations against Senator Barack Obama, that he and the then state senator partied in the back of a limo rented by Sinclair in November 0f 1999, that they shared gay sex and illegal drugs and that they spent time at a motel in Gurnee, Illinois. To date on Youtube there's been 881,993 visits.
Sinclair posted a second series of videos, "Obama's Sex and Drug Party", on February 5th. Sinclair has Parts 2, 3, and 4 posted on Youtube. We're not sure what happened to, or if there was, a Part 1.
Total numbers of visits for Part 2: 214,740. Part 3: 25,201 Part 4: 25,209
Sinclair's next video, Larry's Sinclair's Fighting On, was posted on Youtube on February 28. Total number of visits: 9,953
On March 5, Sinclair posted a short video titled, "I Blew Obama" which has drawn 26,861 visits.
Sinclair's next video, Obama's Attorney on SuperXClusivo Pt 2, was posted on April 11. Total number of visits: 2885
On May 12 Sinclair posted "Video Statement of Larry Sinclair" during which Sinclair claims he has received death threats and personal attacks against him and his family. Total number of visits: 10,272
Sinclair's latest video was posted May 29. In the "DNC Plays Stupid" video Sinclair visits the offices of the DNC in Washington, D.C.. Total number of visits: 2,281
Despite the fact that Sinclair's first video back in January pulled in over 880,000 visits, Sinclair's second video, which was posted on February 5th in 3 parts, showed a rather rapid decline in those wishing for further information in the Larry Sinclair-Obama saga. The total number of visits dropped precipitously from 881,193 to 214,740 for the first video in the series.
The numbers continued to spiral downward, from Part 2 to Part 3 of the same series saw a drop from 214,74o to 25,201 which meant that a little over ten percent who watched part 2 went on to watch parts 3 and 4.
The next video, a little over 8 minutes long, "Larry Sinclair's Fighting On" garnered even less interest with 9,952 views. Sinclair then posted his "I Blew Obama" video which saw some gains in views, up to 26,861, but then interest went limp with a mere 2,885 views of the SuperXClusivo video.
Larry's latest missive, his video posted yesterday, DNC Plays Stupid, has 2,885 visits. We've decided to leave the latest out because it's only been posted a day but his "Video Statement of Larry Sinclair" posted on May 12 has a mere 10,272 visits. This means that even though Larry's first video garnered over three quarters of a million visits, his latest "video statement" has failed to generate less than a little over 1 percent in follow-up traffic.
If Larry were pedaling a product, say banana nut bread, and sold almost a million loaves on his initial startup four months ago yet his follow up sales were less than one percent what judgment is one left to make?
Youtube numbers do not lie, at least in the total number of visits to a video. Larry Sinclair has posted a total of nine videos on Youtube since January 18th. Sinclair's first video was a smash success with over three-quarter million views yet the public's curiosity rapidly piqued. There were no secret codes nor handshakes to view all nine of Larry's videos, merely a spontaneous lack of interest. After almost five months of nine videos and constant self-promotion, Sinclair has failed to capitalize on his Youtube windfall and hold the public's interest.
Obama accuser Larry Sinclair's "prominent" attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley, has been suspended by the Florida State Bar for a period of three years. According to the web site, Overlawyered.com, Sibley's suspension is also reciprocal in Washington, D.C..
Sibley has been representing the man who accused Senator Obama of nights of alleged illicit gay sex and illegal drug use in the back of a rented limo and a motel in Gurnee, Illinois in November of 1999.
In an attempt to keep his accusations in the public eye, Larry "Litigious" Sinclair, filed a lawsuit back on February 11 accusing Senator Obama, David Axelrod, and the Democratic National Committee of "intimidation" and loss of Free Speech.
An excerpt from Sinclair's lawsuit filed in the United States District Court, District of Minnesota:
"This action is being brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1981, 18 U.S.C. 241 and the First Amendment of the United States Constitutions right to Free Speech. Defendants have continued to conspire against the rights of citizens in that they are actively engaged in ongoing internet intimidation, claiming to be engaging in the conduction (sic) of illegal investigations into plaintiffs personal life, an actively involved in prevention of allegations brought of illegal drug use and sexual activity..."

The blogosphere was a abuzz when Obama Accuser, Larry Sinclair's Youtube, with its sordid accusations hit cyberspace.
"Earnest" Larry, with his scruffy face, baseball hat, and "Leave It Gay Beaver look" told a chilling tale, of meeting then Illinois State Representative Barack Obama back in 1999 at an "upscale" lounge, the two partaking in illicit sex and illegal drugs in the back of Larry's "rented limo." Larry goes on to allege that on another night he and Senator Obama adjourned to a Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois. How chic.
Larry challenged Senator Obama to take a polygraph, as he, Larry was about to do.
There was a certain disconnect between the Larry on the video and the details. One watching and listening to Larry found him, for the lack of a better word, "uncouth."
It was hard to imagine this person "operating" in any "upscale" lounge or in a "rented" limo. The motel, a mid-class Choice International, and a rented limo, does not make for a "classy upscale" evening, especially if you added Larry to the mix.
But some of us wondered, what if Larry were telling the truth, what if he really did happen to meet up with Obama. We thought to ourselves, sometimes even the lowest of the low tell the truth about some things.
Larry accepted Whitehouse.com's offer which turned into a fiasco, at least for Whitehouse. Larry attacked the polygraph experts' credentials and said he was going to find his own expert. Parisi stopped payment on a $20,000 check he'd issued to Sinclair, but let two other checks, the total amount of $10,000, stand. Sinclair threatened to sue, threatened to go to the cops, threatened to put Parisi in prison.
In the midst of all of Larry's claims, counterclaims, threats to sue or call in the cops , what Larry failed to do, was offer any substantial proof that Senator Obama was anywhere near the scene, not back in November of 1999, nor at any other time.
Larry put out a copy of letter from Choice Hotels International which showed someone stayed a Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois, back in November 1999. Larry also claims he has a copy of the credit car bill from a bar at the same time. That's it, that's "Larry's proof".
Those who felt that they should give Sinclair a chance to prove his story have grown weary and cynical. One blogger summed up quite eloquently in a great post, the sorrows of believing someone like Larry Sinclair, that Sinclair, did indeed, lead us ALL down the garden path to Hell.

It’s not JUST the Globe article that trashed his credibility, (Not the Boston Globe…The Globe Magazine…no, not the Boston Globe Magazine - THE GLOBE MAGAZINE…the one at the checkout counter…yes, that one), but that goes a long, long way. I mean, think about it. If a tabloid that believes Bigfoot exists won’t believe Larry Sinclair then you’re talking a fairly insurmountable image problem. I can’t accurately categorize the socio-economic bracket to which most of Sinclair’s followers belong but I can’t help but posit that many of them buy the The Globe and, perhaps, even have subscriptions. The question that remains is - why did people who should theoretically hate gays and criminals believe a gay criminal over an accomplished black man?
DBKP has learned that the man who accused Senator Barack Obama of illicit gay sex and illegal drugs during two incidents back in 1999 Chicago hit on commentors for cash at his Youtube site.
DBKP found comments posted at Youtube beneath the video posted last month by Sinclair. The comments from Sinclair were posted three days ago, at night, and showed a far, far different side of "Larry."
Larry's Youtube Video, "Obama's Limo Sex and Drug Party"
The video portrays an rather "earnest" Larry Sinclair who just wanted everyone to know how "Senator Obama" had lied about his previous drug use. Yet during one round of comments Sinclair showed another side, a frustrated and angry Sinclair who solicited money from the other visitors who were currently commenting on the video's thread.
We copied some of Larry's posts that he directed at other visitors and also the "deal" he laid out to "double your money" if anyone helped him "stay a few more nights in Los Angeles".
Note: These comments occurred after Sinclair submitted to two polygraphs over at Whitehouse.com but before the results were released to the public, that Larry had been found to be "deceptive" in both tests.
The tabloid, the Globe, had just released its latest issue where they claimed Sinclair was a 46-year-old ex-con who had served time in several states for credit card fraud, they also claim Sinclair had admitted to being a dope smuggler and a "coyote", someone who helped illegals into the country from Mexico, usually for a large fee. The Globe story also claimed Sinclair "had less than a year to live" that he had some sort of brain tumor.
We don't have a link to the Globe's story because we're too cheap to get their online subscription. But we found the Obama-Larry Sinclair story in their latest issue.
Sinclair has been posting under the username, LarrySinclair0926, since he placed his video on Youtube.
This was the scenario when Sinclair posted on the Youtube thread. The polygraph tests were taken but the results not published while the Globe story had just been released. The persons posting on the thread, were for the most part, Larry's fans, who believed his story about Obama to be true.

You do not need expert training only basic understanding to tell lies undetected. Worse yet innocent people can FAIL the polygraph as many things can trigger the devices such as nervousness, anger or excitement. And compulsive liars who believe their lies can lie undetected as well. Polygraphs are a pseudoscience.

MysticNinjaJay There is no way to scientifically analyze the mental processes controlling decisions to lie. Maybe one day they will invent a machine that reads minds and acts as a REAL lie detector but science isn't there yet. If you watch the video I linked to a body language expert had more luck detecting lies than the polygraph with all its fancy equipment. Magicians train to read body language. I saw Criss Angel read Oprah to guess a number between 1 and 100. It's not magic it's psychology.

MysticNinjaJay There was another hint in the MSM about Sinclair's story. On Larry King Live they were discussing the NY times story on McCain. Larry King asked the guest if he thought that the critics would be just as hard on a claim made against Barack Obama. The guest replied that there HAVE been claims made against Obama and were met with equal scorn by the MSM. If Larry passes I think the story will break ASAP. If he fails he's done. Should he pass there will be a media circus over polygraph reliability.

Sinclair claimed he was in Los Angeles, to further "his cause" with the MSM. He also claimed he needed "money" to stay, that he couldn't cash the check he had for $20,000 because it was from a bank back East and that he could "double" or "twofold"the other visitors money if they "helped him out."
"No I am asking my supporters to elp me stay here and get this in the MSM and I am willing to double their investment into this story up to $20,000.00."
We have no idea if anyone took Sinclair up on his offer and we also do not believe someone "hacked" Youtube and posted under Sinclair's nic.
We believe it was the real Larry Sinclair, the man who claims he had sex and illegal drugs back in in 1999 with Senator Barack Obama.
What we would like to know is this: Why did Larry Sinclair pick Senator Obama to smear? There had to have been a reason or reasons Sinclair chose Obama as his victim.
We have a feeling we won't be getting the answer anytime soon.
The strange sordid saga of the man who alleges he and Senator Barack Obama had a couple of one-nighters with illegal drugs and oral sex has gotten even stranger, with polygraphs, drug tests, fatal brain tumors, Vicki Iseman, and the tabloid, The Globe.
According to the site,Whitehouse.com, which has the video and the details, Sinclair has submitted to both a drug test and the first of two polygraphs.
Whitehouse.com has stepped into the breach left by the non-response of the MSM. The site offered Sinclair $10,000 to take a polygraph to substantiate the allegations Sinclair made on a video posted a month ago on Youtube. Whitehouse.com also agreed to pay Sinclair the sum of $100,000 if he passed the polygraph.
Sinclair maintains that he met Obama back in November of 1999 in an "upscale" Chicago lounge. He alleges that he and Obama went back to a limo Sinclair had rented where Obama allegedly procured illegal drugs, crack and powder cocaine for their use, and that he, Sinclair, gave the then State Representative Obama, a "blow job."
Sinclair goes on to allege that he and Obama met a second time, at an unknown motel in Gurnee, Illinois.

To prove their site is non-partisan, Whitehouse.com has also challenged the woman in the center of the McCain lobbyist scandal, Vicki Iseman, to take a polygraph and if she passes, the sum of $100,000.

Whitehouse.com is reporting that Sinclair has now submitted to a first polygraph and will take a second, the results which will be announced on their site, "Monday or Tuesday." Whitehouse.com is also reporting that Sinclair was given a drug test prior to the polygraph.
DBKP contacted Mr. Sinclair for an interview and after an initial contact, there's been no further response from Sinclair. DBKP is also attempting to verify information about Sinclair that was put out in a piece written by the tabloid, The Globe.
Since the MSM has failed to investigate Sinclair and/or his claims it has fallen upon the shoulders of intrepid bloggers. Whitehouse.com has gone above and beyond by getting Sinclair to submit to a polygraph.
So far details about Sinclair, who he is, his past, have not been forthcoming. The Globe put out a story, "Obama Sex Scandal" in its latest edition. We'd put up a link but we're too cheap to spend the money for an online subscription and so quotes will have to suffice.
According to the details printed in the Globe of Sinclair's past, these "facts" could call into question the veracity of his claims.
According to the Globe Sinclair is a 46-year-old ex-con whose "spent time in prison in Florida, Arizona and Colorado on credit card fraud and other charges."
The Globe claims Sinclair was a coke and pot drug trafficker and also a "coyote," a person who "moved" people from Mexico to the United States. For a price.
Not only does the Globe claim Sinclair is an ex-con, coyote, dope trafficker, but that Sinclair has now been diagnosed with a "brain tumor" and "given only a little more than a year to live."
The Globe has also expanded Sinclair's "story" about the night he "met" Obama at a lounge in Chicago. According the Globe, just after meeting the Senator at the lounge Sinclair told Obama he could "use a line (of cocaine) to wake up." Sinclair says Obama "made a phone call and said he could get it for me."
Sinclair says he gave Obama $250 which Obama allegedly used to buy crack and powder cocaine. In his Youtube video, Sinclair claims he and Obama also spent a gay ole time at a motel in Gurnee, Illinois.
Quite a few "details" indeed.
