Death by 1000 Papercuts isn't the only one to notice the "unbiased" observations of serial ogler Chris Mathews (MSNBC). This cartoon from IBD's Michael Ramirez highlights Mathew's latest absurdity.

One can only hope that the five regular viewers of Hardball were busy ordering lattes when Mathews issued his most recent gassy nonsense.
